Job Title: Temporary Finance Professional

Are you looking for a short-term opportunity to gain experience in finance and accounting? Do you have a strong foundation in financial record-keeping, month-end closing, and cost analysis? If so, this temporary finance professional role may be the perfect fit for you.

This 6-month assignment will provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will assist the finance team with various tasks and projects, including costing and financial record-keeping, month-end closing and reconciliations, and cost reports and variance analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Experience in costing and basic finance operations is a plus. Proficiency in Excel is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Costing and Financial Record-Keeping: Assist with costing and financial record-keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information.
  • Month-End Closing and Reconciliations: Support month-end closing and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Cost Reports and Variance Analysis: Prepare cost reports and analyze variances to identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation and Ad-Hoc Finance Tasks: Maintain documentation and handle ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned by the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in costing and basic finance operations a plus
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Detail-oriented and organized
