We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative professional to join our Global Investment Research team.

Job Description:

As an administrative assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to investment research professionals in Singapore and other Asia locations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating stakeholder travel and logistics
  • Supporting internal and external meetings, including conference room bookings and guest registration
  • Providing general team administration, such as phone answering, photocopying, and scanning

You will also be responsible for assisting with various marketing and client engagement initiatives, adhering to compliance regulations, and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as an assistant, preferably 3-5 years, from a banking, financial services or corporate background
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to unexpected events
  • High level of integrity and discretion
