About the Role:
Careers@Gov is seeking a highly skilled Senior/Executive/Engineer to join our team in the development and maintenance of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) to improve the safety and efficiency of the road network and better meet the needs of commuters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and maintenance management of ITS to enhance road network safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and team to ensure successful implementation, testing, and commissioning of IT systems within the road tunnel environment.
- Contribute to tunnel management ITS, IT system and software design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities, including technical feasibility studies, project planning, design, and documentation reviews.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT system implementation projects, system testing, cybersecurity, or SCADA/PLC systems.
- Strong understanding of information technology and its application in infrastructure and software systems.
- Keen interest in the development and operations of complex systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to support night works and/or duties as required.
