TP-LINK CORPORATION PTE. LTD., a global leader in networking solutions, seeks an experienced Claims Administration Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage the claims processing aspects of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in claims administration or a similar role and be proficient in data entry and record management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative aspects of the claims process, ensuring efficient processing and accurate documentation
- Provide support to the Sales Team by reviewing and processing various client claims, including buyback claims, withholding claims, and distributor rebate claims
- Prepare and negotiate settlement offers, ensuring fair compensation for clients based on thorough findings
- Conduct investigations into claims to verify accuracy and validity, gathering necessary evidence and statements
- Review insurance policies to determine coverage and assess claims according to policy terms
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all aspects of claims handling
- Maintain accurate filing systems and records of claims, correspondence, and decisions made throughout the claims process
- Coordinate with sales partners and clients to gather information, clarify details, and provide updates on claim statuses
- Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting or legal, to resolve complex claims or issues
- Generate reports on claims activity and trends for management review and analysis
- Assist in the development and implementation of claims processing procedures to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims administration or a similar role
- Familiarity with insurance policies and claims processing is advantageous
- Proficient in data entry and record management, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and data management
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Ability to speak and write in Chinese is required, as the incumbent will liaise with counterparts at the China HQ for project-related matters
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
