Digital Solutions Specialist

">
  • Create digital solutions to streamline training operations and enhance employee development.">
  • Develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate.">
  • Design and implement data visualizations to track learning effectiveness in Power BI.">
  • Manage and maintain the training database and records utilizing Python and SQL.">
  • Oversee training program administration, course enrollment management, and post-evaluation exercises.">
  • Assist in ongoing research and curriculum development, reviewing training materials and executing programs to develop new skills.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training gaps, source suitable resources, and translate business requirements into functional digital solutions.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.">
  • Foundational knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).">
  • Basic understanding of SQL for database querying and management.">
  • Exposure to Python for scripting or data analysis is a plus.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.">
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.">
