Job Title: AI Security Specialist

This role is responsible for assessing, developing, and deploying security measures to reinforce the security of AI models and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI safety and security principles and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop procedures to mitigate adversarial AI threats
  • Conduct red team exercises to emulate real-world attacks on AI models and applications
  • Evaluate tools and automate attack workflows
  • Research emerging threats and potential impacts
  • Collaborate with application teams, data scientists, and security teams to identify vulnerabilities and detection mechanisms
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field (cybersecurity professionals welcome)
  • Cyber security professional qualifications or offensive security certification preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Meticulous planning skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
