About the Role
This challenging and rewarding position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team in Finance Division and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable function, including reviewing and approving invoices or journals for payment processing;
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date;
- Review vendor reconciliation;
- Prepare analysis for monthly updates of team's performance to CFO;
- Prepare monthly reports such as AP ageing, GRIR etc;
- Handle month end & yearend closing activities such as accruals, adjustments, recharge;
- Handle withholding Tax filing;
- Correspond with external vendors on their enquiries and assist in vendor dispute resolution;
- Liaise with internal / external auditors for matters pertaining to Accounts Payable;
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, ACCA or related field;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, leading teams and leading improvement initiatives;
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC 6.0 or Tableau will be an advantage;
- Good communications and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced and high transactional volume environment or ambiguous situations;
Estimated Salary: SGD $60000 - $80000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
