Job Title:

Master Siphon Coffee Brewer

  • Mastery of the siphon brewer is required. Experience using siphon brewers preferred.
  • Quality control is a top priority, including weighing coffee grounds, measuring water temperature, and monitoring brew times to ensure every cup meets our high standards.
  • Customer engagement involves educating customers on the siphon brewing process, unique flavor profiles, and history behind this fascinating method.
  • Brewing variety includes preparing other coffee beverages (espresso, pour-over, etc.) and non-coffee drinks as needed.
  • Coffee knowledge requires maintaining a deep understanding of different coffee beans, their origins, and unique characteristics.
  • Cleanliness and maintenance include ensuring a clean and tidy workspace, including proper care and maintenance of all coffee equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a barista, with direct experience using siphon brewers preferred.
