About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator and HR Liaison to join our team at GOODLAND INVESTMENTS PTE LTD.

Job Description
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations, providing a high level of support to all departments as needed.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting company culture.
  • Take minutes for meetings held by the admin department, ensuring accurate records and facilitating decision-making processes.
  • Liaise with the HR department to provide support with human resources tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Address basic IT matters, providing timely assistance to staff members.
  • Perform various ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration is required.
  • HR experience is considered an advantage.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, good time management, and organizational skills.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $45,000 - SGD $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
