Web Development Lead

Ninja Coding House is seeking an experienced Software Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to produce efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML/CSS, and Next.js.
  • Building and maintaining API integrations for seamless communication between systems.
  • Working closely with team members to produce efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing performance for existing applications while providing basic support for deployed systems.
  • Ensuring applications are responsive, providing seamless user experiences across various devices.
  • Guiding team members with technical mentorship to foster skill development and collaboration.
  • Collaborating with project managers to define and prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum Higher Nitec or above in Information Technology or equivalent fields.
  • Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML/CSS, and NextJS.
  • A solid understanding of web development practices, responsive design, and UX principles.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Tailwind) and version control (e.g., Git).
  • A proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and work independently as needed.
