Job Title: Business Transformation Executive

The role of the Business Transformation Executive is a pivotal position that plays a key part in shaping and driving enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives. This executive will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support the development of long-range business strategies, lead operational transformation projects, and ensure successful execution of initiatives that accelerate growth, enhance competitiveness, and deliver sustainable value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop, refine, and drive execution of mid-to-long-term strategic plans aligned with corporate growth objectives and regional expansion priorities.
  • Transformation Programs: Lead and manage transformation programs to enhance operational effectiveness, organizational agility, and business model innovation.
  • Market Insights: Translate market insights and competitive intelligence into actionable roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Initiatives: Manage and coordinate strategic cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery.
  • C-Suite Support: Support C-suite and senior management in scenario planning, strategic reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify performance gaps and collaborate with internal teams to design and implement impactful improvement initiatives.
  • Change Management: Act as a transformation champion by embedding change management best practices and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Optimization: Optimize resource and investment allocation across initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or business planning roles, ideally within a multinational or regional HQ context.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact strategic or change initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Agility: Agile, outcome-driven, and comfortable working in dynamic, matrixed environments.
