Salary

Our compensation package is highly competitive, with a basic salary of $2800 and a KPI Allowance of $250. But what really sets us apart is our uncapped commission structure - giving you the opportunity to earn as much as you're willing to work for.

Job Description

As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving talent acquisition, supporting business development, and acting as an advisor on recruitment operation solutions. You'll work closely with our Sales Team Lead to develop a potential candidate pipeline through various avenues and platforms.

Your key focus areas will include reviewing and understanding client recruitment needs, working closely with Recruitment Managers to coordinate workforce planning, and ensuring that recruitment timelines are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a degree in any discipline, plus CEI (Certified Employee Relations) certification. You'll also need to be sales-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
