In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of global application strategies for motor control solutions, fostering a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. Your expertise will enable you to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business cases, driving growth and revenue within the Infineon portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute G2M strategies as a central figure between Product Development and Regional Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Grow a profound market understanding to provide guidance on application market outlook and grasp the market cycle, growth potential, and application match to the Infineon portfolio.
  • Communicate technical requirements effectively to key stakeholders, maximizing Infineon's bill-of-material for applications and creating business cases for new product developments.
  • Craft compelling value propositions for Infineon products within applications, utilizing comprehensive G2M collaterals.
  • Grow applications revenue and design-win by executing your G2M strategy with regional sales and marketing organization.
  • Deploy and adjust operative pricing guidelines on application level.
  • Coordinate and drive system developments involving multiple stakeholders like product lines, application engineering or divisions.
  • Represent Infineon in global customer meetings, showcasing wide application know-how and participate in internal and external fairs and sales events.
Your Profile

You are best suited for this challenge if you possess:

  • Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Material Science, Informatics), Marketing or similar areas; MSc or advanced degree preferred.
  • More than 7 years of experience in semiconductor or home appliance consumer industry with experience in marketing/business development or application engineering role.
  • Broad systematic technical understanding to translate customer system requirements into semiconductor product parameters (e.g.: hardware, software, pricing).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies, with strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Direct work experience in motor control, power circuits, sensors or microcontrollers is highly valued.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in cross-functional project teams and lead requirement definitions.
  • Familiarity with value and supply chain of OEM/ODM and distribution networking.
  • A strategic mindset, excellent team player, and ability to work under pressure.
About the Role
