We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an AI and Cultural Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for creating diverse and challenging prompts to test AI models on cultural awareness, sensitivity, and adaptability.

  • Create complex scenarios that highlight cultural nuances, idiomatic expressions, traditions, festivals, rituals, and social issues.">
  • Develop and maintain structured documentation of prompts, responses, and evaluation results for model improvement.">
  • Work with AI researchers, linguists, and safety experts to refine test cases.">
  • Provide clear, structured feedback and recommendations for mitigation strategies.">

About the Role:

This is a part-time position that requires 5-6 hours of work per day. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, research, and critical analysis skills, and a deep understanding of cultural norms, practices, and sensitivities across regions.

  4. Red Teaming and Evaluation: Simulate real-world user behavior to surface failures in model responses and identify cultural insensitivity, stereotyping, misrepresentation, or harmful outputs.">
  5. Collaboration and Feedback: Work with AI researchers, linguists, and safety experts to refine test cases and provide clear, structured feedback and recommendations for mitigation strategies.">
