Key Responsibilities:- Channel Optimization & Digital Visibility
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings.
- Optimize website pages, blog posts, and multimedia content for maximum visibility.
- Analyze site performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Websites & Technical Management
- Manage and update the company's WordPress website efficiently.
- Handle hosting, domain renewals, and security measures (SSL, backups, malware protection).
- Content Creation & Social Media
- Develop engaging video, photo, and written content for social media platforms.
- Film and edit videos showcasing services, drivers, and company culture.
- Campaign Execution & Promotion
- Plan and execute promotional activities (e.g., flyers at transport hubs, shift worker mobilisation for new services).
- Email Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Create and manage targeted email campaigns for new services, promotions, and client updates.
- Partnerships & Industry Relations
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry stakeholders effectively.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report on KPIs across all channels (SEO, Google Ads, social media, email, offline).
