Job Title: Skilled Clinical Support Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and clinical support to our medical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling patient calls and enquiries, registering patients using clinic software, updating appointment schedules, and assisting doctors during procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Register patients using clinic software and update appointment schedules accurately.
  • Assist doctors during procedures, including preparing necessary equipment and materials.
  • Process payments via cash and credit cards efficiently.
  • Check and replenish stock levels as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a medical or aesthetic setting is an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is required.
  • 'N' or 'O' level qualification and ability to converse in English fluently are essential.
