Clinical Team Manager Position

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the delivery of high-quality services to residents. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of social workers, counsellors and psychologists;
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for service development and improvement;
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop policies and protocols;
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and statistical returns;

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven supervisory responsibilities;
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and families an added advantage;
