Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Beauty and Lifestyle Operations Manager to join our team at INITIA PTE. LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our beauty and lifestyle outlets, ensuring a positive customer experience and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing restaurant and salon operations. You will be responsible for coordinating front and back of house operations, training and coaching staff on customer service best practices, managing staff training and schedules, and controlling operations costs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Retail Management or a related field, and significant work experience as a Restaurant Manager or Hospitality Manager. They will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and financial management skills. Knowledge of the beauty and F&B industry's legal rules and guidelines, as well as working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics, is also essential.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Involving in both restaurant and salons operations is mandatory.
  2. Manage day-to-day restaurant & salons operations, and ensure a positive outlet image.
  3. Coordinating front and back of the house operations for smooth delivery of services.
  4. Training / coaching of new and current staff on customer service best practices.
  5. Managing staff training, schedules and work performance.
  6. Organize and supervise shifts.
  7. Respond promptly to customer complaints, suggest solutions to resolve complaints.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
  9. Control operations cost and identify measures to cut wastages.
  10. Maintaining market awareness and developing new and innovative processes for more efficient restaurant operations.
  11. Preparing of reports.
  12. Analyze and forecast sales figures to maximize profits.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Retail Management or related field.
  • Proven work experience as Restaurant Manager / Hospitality Manage.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Financial Management skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Proven experience as Head of Operations or equivalent position in a fast moving company.
  • Posses strong knowledge of beauty and F&B industry's legal rules and guidelines.
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (beauty lifestyle especially salon, logistics, supply chain, customer service, etc).
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 6,500 - SGD 10,000 per month, depending on your experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. We also provide opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
