Job Title:
A Power Plant Engineering Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Plant Engineering Leader to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of power plant projects.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive knowledge of power plant systems and operations, as well as strong leadership skills to lead a small team of engineers and technicians. Your expertise in coordination, leading, and managing plant engineering teams is essential. Additionally, you should be proficient in relevant engineering software and tools, such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the plant engineering design activities for power plant projects
• Work with 3D design teams for 2D deliverables
• Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of engineers and technical staff
• Collaborate with different parties for plant engineering coordination and support site inspection
• Provide technical support for project managers for project engineering milestone deliveries
• Support purchasing teams for technical evaluation and price optimization

Requirements:
• At least 6 years of experience in electrical composite plant projects
• Strong understanding of onshore power plant design engineering
• Familiarity with complicated cable tray routes, cable tray support engineering design, equipment layout, installation materials, cable glands selection, cable drum schedule, cable route schedule, cable termination material, etc.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
