Job Summary:

You will be responsible for performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and related duties in accordance with written instructions and specific calibration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform NDT calibrations, evaluations, and acceptance/rejection of parts
  2. Correctly interpret and understand inspection operation sheets and work instructions
  3. Organize, sort, and prepare parts for NDT inspection
  4. Load, unload, and operate real-time X-ray, ultrasonic, or auto FPI lines effectively
  5. Perform various NDT inspections in accordance with inspection operation sheets
  6. Ensure equipment operation readiness at all times
  7. Assist engineers with inspection evaluation and reporting
  8. Maintain process systems and testing equipment to ensure continuous operations in compliance with approved documents
  9. Prepare and clean parts before and/or after inspection
  10. Conduct audits in the NDT area to ensure continuous system compliance with regulatory agencies' requirements
  11. Perform scheduled maintenance and housekeeping tasks
Requirements:Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level and/or 5 years of experience in Quality Inspection
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level and/or 2 years of NDT experience
  • Diploma holders in Aircraft Maintenance/Aerospace Engineering
  • CAAS Approval in NDT certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of NDT per NAS 410 standard in various methods
  • Knowledge of NDT per ASNT Level I, II, or III in various methods
