We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and procurement department, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process from sourcing and procurement to delivery and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in planning, managing and coordinating activities related to sourcing and procurement. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate brand needs to the supply chain network.
- PURCHASING
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet sales forecast requirements.
- Conduct S&OP meetings with cross-functional teams to review order forecasts and make informed decisions.
- Request M+4 MKT plans from marketing teams for promotions and new products.
- Check and process purchase orders based on sales orders.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods, receiving, and invoicing.
- Verify stock levels and update relevant teams on discontinued or renewed stocks.
- INVENTORY
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain accurate stock lists.
- Evaluate block stocks to verify status with relevant teams as needed.
- Lead preparation for stock take exercises and prepare necessary steps beforehand.
- Verify stock take results with store-in-charge and review stock discrepancies.
- Liaise with store managers and marketing teams for promotions and sales mechanics.
- LOGISTICS
- Monitor shipments and update costing, purchasing, and sales teams on incoming shipments and delays.
- Liaise with HQ shipping teams for queries and actions.
- DELIVERY TO CUSTOMER
- Monitor returns from warehouses and delivery teams.
- Process returns in the system.
- Communicate with warehouses on necessary GR into warehouses.
- REPORTS
- Generate monthly brand sales and sell-through reports.
- Produce weekly block stocks reports.
- Provide quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
