Job Description

Clinical Support Specialist role involves providing real-time guidance during IVL procedures, training physicians and nurses, and offering remote on-call support for urgent cases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or Life Sciences with experience in Interventional Cardiology/Radiology or Medical Device Support/Research.

Candidates must possess excellent technical skills, including Console Setup, Catheter Prep, and Imaging workflows, as well as the ability to track site visits, training, and expenses via CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Support & Training:
    • Provide real-time guidance during IVL procedures
    • Train physicians, nurses, and distributors
    • Offer Remote on-call support for urgent cases
  • Clinical Education & Therapy Development:
    • Conduct Technical Presentations at hospitals & conferences
    • Build relationships with Interventionalists & KOLs
    • Support Clinical Studies & Registries (IRB, data collection)
  • Research & Feedback:
    • Assist in Clinical Trials (protocols, IFUs, CRFs)
    • Monitor Post-Market Data and report adverse events
    • Gather user feedback for R&D/marketing
  • Operations:
    • Track site visits, training, and expenses via CRM tools
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or Life Sciences
  • 2+ years in Interventional Cardiology/Radiology or 1+ year in Medical Device Support/Research
  • Experience with IVL, Atherectomy, PTA/PTCA, or Imaging catheters
  • Skilled in Console Setup, Catheter Prep, and Imaging workflows
