About the Role:

The Policy Payment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the payment of policies and commissions in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the payment of policies and commissions in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
  • Verify and confirm payment information to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of payment-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments, including documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Preferably with insurance background.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
