Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Manager


We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret regional infrastructure directions and strategies into specific objectives and project formations.
  • Establish framework and approach structure for smooth and effective regional deployments across related projects.
  • Manage milestones delivery of regional operating model strategies, continuously updating the organizational operating model based on business requirements and management direction.
  • Support regional audit activities, both internal and external, together with regional analysis and remediation coordination to ensure standardized compliance.
  • Establish and maintain regional service performance management frameworks and manage KPI processes.
  • Lead teams to support regional regulatory-related coordination to establish compliance level status and plan for follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or other project management certifications) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Strong ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Solid thought process in managing structure standard documents and standardization deliveries.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess infrastructure performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing risks and developing mitigation strategies, as well as corresponding to audit activity requirements.
  • Experience in setting up structure and framework for IT outsourcing managed services.
