Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end data review for MAS 1003 returns, including source to report reconciliation.
- Classification of assets, liabilities, commitments, and off-balance sheet exposures in line with MAS definitions.
- Reporting gaps noted, historical look-back analysis, and resolution.
- Preparing and reviewing other MAS returns and prudential returns.
- Maintaining and updating interpretation documents and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Supporting finance initiatives, driving automation and process improvements specifically for MAS 1003.
- 8+ years of experience in regulatory reporting in banking/financial services.
- MAS 1003 requirements, including sound understanding of each schedule and its reporting requirements.
- IFRS/SFRS reporting standards to align ledger numbers to MAS 1003 forms.
- AxiomSL experience essential.
- Ability to read MAS reporting instructions and apply them correctly.
- Tight deadlines with minimal errors, working independently.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Data reconciliation and execution skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with products traded in wholesale markets and private wealth business an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
