Nets' ITSM team is committed to ensuring that ITIL processes are operationally relevant and optimized, providing Technology Teams with a framework to deliver high-quality IT services to our customers.
The Incident Manager role plays a critical part in managing all technology incidents that have a significant business impact on BCS customers, driving swift resolution and ensuring key stakeholders (internal and external) are updated in a timely manner.
A thorough review of incidents is conducted to determine root cause and document lessons learned, ensuring they are not repeated in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of incident response, ensuring incidents are addressed promptly and escalated appropriately.
- Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders for effective incident resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and decision-maker during incidents.
- Foster open communication across different levels of the organization, from technical teams to executive leadership.
- Identify incident trends and areas for improvement through analysis.
- Verify that incidents are accurately documented in accordance with the Incident Management process.
- Monitor and report Incident Management performance metrics against established KPIs.
- Capture lessons learned and ensure closure of improvement plans through post-incident reviews.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare MAS incident reports for RI/PNI incidents.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives based on incident analysis and data.
