Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team at HR FOCUS.

This role will involve preparing and processing sales orders and quotations, as well as coordinating with clients on their inquiries regarding products and services. Building strong relationships with clients is key to ensuring customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders within the company, including regular reporting of sales, client feedback, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process sales orders and quotations
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients on their inquiries regarding products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with various stakeholders within the company

Requirements:

  • Diploma with 2 years working experience in B2B environment (advantageous)
  • Able to handle both English and Chinese written documents
  • Proficiency in CRM system and MS Office

Benefits:

  • Up to $2800 per month (dependent on experience)
  • Performance bonus

Location: West region, Pandan loop
