Key Infrastructure Specialist Position

We seek a highly skilled specialist to drive the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise-level ICT infrastructure services.

This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing service delivery, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency through strategic technical expertise.

  • Infrastructure Development and Management:
    • Design, deploy, and manage network and server technologies, ensuring seamless service continuity.
    • Collaborate with vendors and teams to resolve issues and implement changes effectively.
  • Technical Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Infrastructure Optimization and Innovation:
    • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance infrastructure performance, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting:
    • Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for infrastructure projects.
  • Point of Contact for Infrastructure Team:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for new projects, initiatives, and infrastructure-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-level ICT infrastructure services.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of network and server technologies, complemented by expertise in supporting areas such as infrastructure security.
  • Proven experience in ICT infrastructure management, data centre operations, vendor management, networking, and infrastructure concepts.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of Singapore government IT infrastructure and processes would be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
