Cafe Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our cafe team in Singapore. As a Cafe Service Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide fast and courteous service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This includes greeting arriving guests, welcoming them into the outlet, and seating them. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe's serving stations, inspecting tables, and ensuring that all supplies are readily available.

You will also be required to interact with customers throughout their dining experience, providing menu suggestions and recommendations. Additionally, you will work closely with the Outlet Supervisor to ensure that cafe operations are run according to company policy, promoting a productive and healthy working environment.
