About the Job

This position involves assisting the planning and production teams by performing administrative tasks, managing data entry, and supporting project archiving. As a temporary production assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow by managing task cards and providing daily support to both departments.

The role is particularly crucial during heavy maintenance checks and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Raising of cards in the ERP system
  2. Ensuring correct setting of part due dates in the ERP system
  3. Providing administrative support to the Production Department
  4. Assisting Maintenance Planners with relevant tasks
  5. Scanning completed task cards and supporting project archiving
  6. Filing completed task cards to maintain accurate records
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Prior experience in accurate and efficient data entry
  • Experience working with ERP systems is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a team environment
  • Capable of working in an organized and detail-oriented manner
  • Confidence in decision-making and clear communication
  • Support-oriented mindset, with a willingness to assist where needed
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior
