Job Description

The successful candidate will serve as an operational expert in a specific area of therapeutic expertise. They will be responsible for developing strategies to support new business proposals and the delivery of contracted work within that therapeutic area.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Operational strategy: accountable for creating innovative delivery strategies and solutions, working with relevant experts to differentiate from competitors.
  • Work with Functional Area Heads and other stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with external Centres of Excellence and partners to achieve identified new business targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years global clinical research experience, including hands-on operational project delivery and/or drug development.

Expertise in one or more operational areas and ability to implement projects within the assigned therapeutic area.

Tertiary qualifications in a related science or health care discipline.
