Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Student Wellbeing Specialist to fill a key role in our organisation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate individual to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students, promoting their mental, emotional, and social wellbeing throughout their academic journey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive student care and wellbeing initiatives that align with our organisation's strategic goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead holistic student care and wellbeing programmes, workshops, and campaigns.
  • Provide initial support and referrals to specialist services as needed, ensuring students receive the right help at the right time.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Qualifications: Minimum degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in student services, welfare, or alumni relations.
  • Certifications: Trained in crisis support with the ability to provide effective counselling.
