About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to lead our property management team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and replacement of assets across 4 properties and 9 leased warehouses. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution and Activation of respective contractors and Qualified Person for timely renewal of all statutory permits.
  • Domestic travel required for site visits and meetings.
  • Must be contactable via mobile or other means during office hours, and occasionally outside office hours.
  • Adhere to Zero Safety Accident and Incident.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or construction management. They must have at least Seniority level experience in property management, with a strong background in estate management, maintenance, and operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software are also essential.
