Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to fill a Business Growth Specialist role.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to drive business expansion and explore new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand existing accounts.
- Manage corporate relationships and generate new business through direct sales calls, telesales, and written communication.
- Identify and pursue new corporate clients to maximize revenue potential.
- Organize site inspections, client entertainment activities, and other events as needed.
- Submit timely proposals, rate agreements, and RFPs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Support sales coaching and performance monitoring of junior staff.
- Participate in daily briefings, business development meetings, and hotel activities to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in proactive sales within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Knowledge of the local hospitality market and competitive landscape.
