Golf Event Management Executive

At Singapore Island Country Club, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Golf Event Management Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing both minor and major golf events, ensuring seamless communication between members, the golfing committee, and management on golf activities, operations, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist club members in securing private golf events, including food and beverage arrangements.
• Coordinate with respective departments for the preparation of golf events and meal arrangements.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries pertaining to golf tournaments and food and beverage services.
• Provide proposals for golf events and food and beverage services.
• Collaborate with the banquet team for all private golf meal arrangements.
• Ensure revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Organize and manage club events and private competitions at Island and Bukit locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
