Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with young children, assisting in their educational and personal development.

  • This role involves supporting the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, promoting a love of learning and fostering a positive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans, activities and resources to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Support the lead teacher in implementing teaching strategies, assessing pupil progress and providing feedback.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy and well-organized learning environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • ECDA L2 in English Language.
  • Diploma in Early Childhood related certifications.
