Company Overview:
A leading construction company, CREATIVITY PTE. LTD., is seeking a skilled Technical Supervisor to oversee building projects in Singapore.

Salary:
The salary range for this position is approximately $4,500 per month, with opportunities for overtime compensation.

Job Description:
This role involves supervising building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act and working under the control of a Qualified Person. Key responsibilities include:
  • Full-time on-site presence.
  • Carrying out supervision tasks as required.
  • Working with diversion services when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in supervising building projects in Singapore.
  • Strong knowledge of C&S, M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, and Authority inspection.
  • Excellent contract administration skills, including Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract and statutory requirements.
  • Effective quality control procedures, system testing & commissioning, and submission of progress reports.

Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for overtime compensation, and the chance to work on various building projects in Singapore.

Others:
You will be based in the East area and will need to work overtime on some weeknights and Saturdays where required.
