As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our ACE Programmes, planning and conducting programmes that develop students' social and emotional competencies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the maintenance of students' activity centre, contributing to programme planning, and interacting with students through positive mentoring and counselling support. You will also be responsible for observing, identifying, and listening out for students' key needs, and working with other professionals to provide para-counselling support. To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to engage youth, facilitation skills in group work, administrative skills, and programme planning skills. Ideally, you will be First Aid Trained and Certified. If you are passionate about working with youth and have the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply. Please note that MOE Approved Instructor certification is preferred, but not required. As a Youth Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their holistic development.
