About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Quant Trader for our Singapore office. This role requires a proactive, innovative individual who excels in a determined environment. Your primary focus will be on a broad range of digital assets and FX markets, with trading and trading technology as your core areas of responsibility.

A strong candidate will have profound experience in electronic trading in traditional and/or crypto markets, understanding liquidity dynamics (order books, market-microstructure, liquidity provision, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in building up trading systems and teams, showcasing hands-on accomplishments and project management exposure.

We're looking for an inquisitive and adaptable professional who thrives in a high-impact role at the intersection of finance and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the design and architecture specifications of the trading platform, coordinating with the trading team and global engineering group.
  2. Develop robust processes to ensure operational efficiency and security, with the aim of improving profitability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to present novel ideas and drive business outcomes.
  4. Contribute to building robust analytics and crafting clear, data-driven visualizations and presentations.
