The Interior Designer will collaborate with the Wolf Design lead on design and design & build projects across Singapore and Asia Pacific, supporting the growth of our interior design capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal partners in workplace, project management, and advisory and transaction teams (commercial office leasing).
  2. Develop and execute work plans for each project, overseeing creative and technical design delivery.
  3. Oversee the planning, organization and direction of project activities, workflow, and daily operations, ensuring project goals and objectives are met within prescribed time frames and budgets, and other performance targets.
  4. Lead the development of design concepts, based on programming requirements and budget parameters, and coordinate project documentation.
  5. Coordinate team activities engaged in preparing construction and furniture drawings and specifications.
  6. Manage manpower budgets, project cost controls, and interpret contracted scope of work.
  7. Collaborate with outside consultants, engineering disciplines and Project Managers.
  8. Implement established design schedules to ensure milestone reviews.
  9. Conduct code research, including obtaining necessary variance approvals.
  10. Provide technical guidance, training, and support to coworkers, including leading project teams and supervising lower-level employees.
  11. Maintain daily contact with clients for project design-related matters, manage client requests to ensure excellent customer service, and assist in building client relationships.
  12. Pursue new projects by assembling presentations and leave-behind materials.
  13. Perform other related duties as required.
