Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers to manage day-to-day service and repair works
  • Perform diagnostics and functional testing on regulators and regulating systems
  • Site commissioning of regulators and skid systems within AP region
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting of regulators and skid systems
  • Familiar with all regulator parts and numbering system and manage conversions jobs with service technicians
  • Generate and document reports and ensure all inspections requirements are met
  • Site evaluation on all service-related issues and support on technical problem solving
  • Conduct training related to service
  • Perform basic regulator repair, assembly, and testing
  • Manage and finish service jobs, including valuable jobs
  • Support Sales/LCS in site audits, site troubleshooting and recommendations of solutions to customers
  • Perform value-added projects such as assembly of new regulators, functional testing, and special boltings and painting where applicable
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience
  • ITC technician certificate or equivalent with 3 to 5 years' service background
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with a 'Can Do' customer service attitude
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and the ability to use a PC, software
  • A great teammate with strong problem-solving skills to accomplish tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma in Engineering or any equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a service operation is a plus
