- Ensure high availability, performance, and security through strong backend engineering, MLOps/DevOps, and cloud deployment.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, data integrity, and decision accuracy to continuously improve reliability and user trust.
- At least 3 years of experience in machine learning and AI related work.
- Proven expertise in building and deploying LLM-based applications, pipelines, or autonomous agents in production environments.
- Strong backend engineering skills with proficiency in Python (JavaScript a plus).
- Hands-on experience in developing autonomous agents using state-of-the-art frameworks.
- Proficiency in MLOps/DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks and prompt engineering.
- Business-oriented mindset with curiosity and problem-solving ability; finance background preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver clear insights and transparent reporting to end users.
