Job Title: Senior Financial Officer

About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the management of financial resources, ensuring timely and accurate budgeting and cash flow operations.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for managing payroll and CPF submission processes, handling company transactions and debt collections, and preparing monthly and yearly sales performance reports.

Responsibilities
  • Manage cash flow and budgeting operations to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Oversee payroll and CPF submission processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle company transactions and debt collections to minimize losses.
  • Maintain daily accounting records to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly sales performance reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or ACCA.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in accounting software applications.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
