Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned production professional to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily production activities, ensuring smooth operation of the factory floor;
  • Supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback;
  • Develop and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the woodworking or furniture industry;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications;
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery of CNC equipment and operation;
  • Experience with order splitting software, such as Yimu and Guigui;
  • Knowledge of woodworking techniques and panel furniture production processes;
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma;
  • Fluency in English and/or Mandarin Chinese.
