About the Role

We are looking for a talented Data Engineer Lead to join our data engineering team at ESR Group. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data pipelines that enable faster, better, data-informed decision-making within the business.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand database structure and business process, ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of data on a real-time basis while implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues. Your expertise in data engineering, data modeling, and data warehousing will enable you to deliver high-quality data insights and reports that support business growth and optimization.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing data pipelines that aggregate data from multiple sources
  • Ensuring data consistency, integrity, and accuracy during the integration process
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain data warehousing and data visualization solutions
  • Documenting business requirements, system designs, and technical specifications for new data engineering projects

Qualifications
