Job Description:

  • Guide the configuration of MDM platforms including enrollment workflows, device policies, access controls, and app management to optimize security and efficiency.
  • Implement robust communication, device encryption, remote wipe, and data protection strategies to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Support deployment in secure cloud environments like GCC 2.0 AWS to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle to drive successful outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience in MDM solution architecture in secure enterprise environments is essential.
  • A strong understanding of Android OS, device management, and enterprise app deployment is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Samsung Knox or other MDM platforms is necessary.
  • Experience in mobile app development and integration with private app stores is crucial.
  • A solid grasp of network security, device hardening, and data protection is necessary.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS (GCC 2.0), is beneficial.
  • Experience with identity integration (e.g., Active Directory, SingPass) is also required.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are vital.
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of Azure AD MDM customization would be advantageous.
  • Experience in pricing and solution costing would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with public sector security requirements could be useful.
