Crane Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Crane Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining cranes and transport equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdown requests as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Perform troubleshooting and analysis of faults or problems encountered by cranes or transport equipment, taking corrective action to recover equipment immediately.
  • Carry out periodic maintenance and checks on cranes or transport equipment as planned or scheduled.
  • Repair and recondition mechanical or hydraulic parts.
  • Complete job record forms for each activity undertaken and return them promptly to the supervisor.
  • Work under the guidance and supervision of a Mechanical Foreman, Service Supervisor, or Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • A minimum GCE 'O' Level holder or equivalent with 2-3 years of working experience in mechanical repair of cranes or related equipment.
  • NTC holder of Mechanical Engineering discipline with 1-2 years of related working experience is preferred.
  • Good working track record with exposure to mechanical and hydraulic control systems.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Pleasant personality and effective communication skills.
  • Team player and self-motivated individual.
