Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our business units in the region, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and support to business units in the Asia Pacific region on commercial transactions, contracts, and agreements.
  • Review and negotiate contracts and agreements with third-party vendors and partners.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and provide recommendations on potential acquisitions and investments.
  • Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
  • High proficiency in English language and Japanese language (JLPT Level N1 or ability to speak, read and write at business level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
