We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their dining and hospitality journey.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assist in event coordination and provide on-site support to ensure smooth execution, exceeding expectations.

  • A strong foundation in customer service, preferably with experience in the F&B or events industry.
