Temp Pharmacy Assistant Needed

Description:
The pharmacy team is looking for a temporary assistant to help with various tasks. As a temp pharmacy assistant, you will be responsible for supporting pharmacy operations, including cashiering, stock procurement, inventory management, and medication dispensing support.

Responsibilities:
  • Support pharmacy operations, including cashiering and stock management.
  • Pick and pack medications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage stock inventory levels, delivery orders, conduct cycle counts, and check expiry dates.
  • Assist pharmacists and technicians with medication handling and disposal, and administrative tasks, including billing and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Maintain proper documentation, contribute to a clean and safe work environment, and provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification and above, preferably Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare environment.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable performing cashiering duties and standing for long hours.
